I had a washer & dryer delivered by a big box company (who outsourced the delivery & installation to a 3rd party) early that morning and they were not able to complete the installation. RESTART Appliance was able to send someone out the same day & although I was only expecting diagnostic that day, they're service technician went to the local hardware store & got what was needed. Installation completed! I was so happy with everything. Thank you!

He did an amazing job - I asked if he could please show up a bit early if possible, and he did. He was friendly, professional, clearly explained the issue and what it would cost to repair, repaired it quickly, provided me with a receipt and left for his next visit. I was very pleasantly surprised. Great job!!
