The experience with Alex has been great. He was very responsive and was very transparent about the cost upfront , arrived on time, we had some missing connectors for install so he went to Home Depot and got parts needed to install the dishwasher. Will definitely use him in future for any major appliances repairs. Highly recommended.

Alex was amazing.. very patient since the screws that were sent with the microwave were too short for our wall. He didn’t have any so he came back the next day and was able to get the microwave up and installed. It looks amazing and I would recommend Alex for your next appliance project.

NON-STOP'S Alex answered my request for repair service quickly and kept me updated on his expected arrival. He evaluated the refrigerator/freezer/icemaker-water dispenser repairs needed and explained in detail what was functioning and what was not. He gave estimates for repair or replacement of various parts that left us with information needed to decide whether to repair our replace the fridge. In doing so, he requested that we survey the temperatures in both freezer and refrigerators sections of the appliance for a week after which he could give a more complete analysis of the work likely needed if repairs were chosen. His basic service fee was lower than other service providers. Finally his demeanor was pleasant and respectful. Would definitely use again.
