Jose was focused on resolving my refrigerator repair issue from the moment he arrived. He quickly diagnosed the problem and set a time for the following morning when he was to return with the necessary factory parts to compete the repair. He arrived early the next morning and got the repair completed in 30 minutes. Throughout, he was warm and professional. His fee for the repair was very reasonable. I will be telling my family and friends to call Efficiency Appliances for any large appliance repairs. It gives me peace of mind to know there is at least one first rate appliance repair technician and business owner still available to call when the need arises. Ted T
