Amazingly fast service! I had a hard drive failure and we replaced it with a new solid state drive. Fortunately documents were all in the cloud. Computer is better than before and no issues. - everything works great! Showed up on time, worked quickly and very easy to work with. My new go to person for computer repair and maintenance.

I would have picked all 5 qualities that were allowed for this review but we are only allowed 3. Ryan was phenomenal in helping my son and I with a gaming computer issue. He almost immediately contacted me back and had found the easiest solution to our problem. Ryan was extremely knowledgeable about what was going on and what needed to be done. I highly recommend him for any and all computer issues that computer illiterate people like myself have. I didn’t know the first place to start and that didn’t matter.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
100% satisfaction is my main goal. All services are $65/hour, $25/hour travel. 1 hour minimum.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every client is different. I start by assessing the client's comfort and knowledge with the service they are requesting and use that information to determine how I can best approach fulfilling their needs while keeping them in the loop. I will work with you to make sure everything is 100% transparent while using my expertise to guide us towards the best possible solution.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
5+ years of levels 1-3 IT help desk and networking experience Microsoft Certified Comptia A+ Certified Studied Computer Science at Bucks County Community College.
