Update: after miscommunication issues, Kris and helper came out and worked diligently...and they take the debris with them! Thrilled w/ the amount of work done and already in contact to continue this year (weather permitting) and definitely into next year as an ongoing customer! on Aug. 31 we had to cancel initial visit due to weather. In same email, I asked when we could reschedule. No response. sent 2 follow up emails 9/7 and 9/21. today is 10/10....no response.
