Gustavo runs a great flooring company. He is very involved and has a team as well. He is very communicative and answers questions fast. The work he does is exceptional. Pays attention to every detail. He planned my whole flooring project. Made great suggestions and works very hard. This is the A team you should hire. He transformed my entire 2nd floor from carpet to hardwood. Removed all the carpet from stairs and refinished. We fully endorse Gustavo and his work. If you need to wait for him for your next project because he is busy. I highly recommend doing that.

Quick responses, reasonable price. They sent 2 guys to my house for 500 sq ft vinyl flooring installation. And get it done within 5 hours, and cleaned everything. Good communication during working processes, they asked me to double check some small issues to make sure the molding looks nice. Highly recommended!!

We had a very positive experience with Gustavo and his team of workers we hired for the flooring installation with our house renovation project. I had a good feeling from the very first messages we exchanged, we asked and received good recommendation for selecting a different brand of LVP when the HD reviews of their brand gave us concerns. The good communication continued up to day of installation, and every one of our questions were promptly answered. They were here early morning in spite of the long distance they needed to travel. The installation was professional and proficient. The subfloor was prepared well, the joints were ground down and reinforced with screws where necessary. After the installation was completed, they took away the boxes and cleaned the floor. We could not be happier with their performance, and their price was very reasonable. We strongly recommend the GM Flooring for anyone interested in their service!

Ft. - Hardwood and Engineered Floors Prices for Existing Floor Removal: $0.35 - per sq. Ft. - Carpet $0.45 - per sq. Ft - Laminate $0.90 - per sq. Ft. - Nailed Hardwood $1.25 - per sq. Ft. - Glued and Nailed Engineered Floors $2.00 - per sq. Ft. - Tile $1.50 - per sq. Ft. - Vinyl sheets laid on plywood For example, if you’re removing carpet to place a vinyl floor, it will cost $1.85 per sq. Ft., labor only.
