Steph was a wonderful addition to our "wellness day" at Design Science. Our staff really enjoyed the yoga session and Steph did a great job tailoring the class to a group with different skills levels. We would definitely have Steph come back!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Package rates available
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before meeting for your 75 min session, we will have a preliminary call/chat about your goals & how I can best serve you. For your session, we’ll get you right onto your mat so we can make the most of your time. During sessions, I will offer assists and answer any questions you have. I incorporate modifications and new ways to challenge yourself in your practice. Whether you want to dive into alignment or dive into a more meditative Asana, we will adapt the flow to your goals. Due to COVID-19, I am currently offering private sessions in person, virtually via Zoom, and outdoor weather permitting. I follow CDC safety regulations. At this time, you will not be required to mask during your session. I am vaccinated and happy to mask up upon your request.

E-RYT® 200, RYT® 500 200 Hour: Hotbox Yoga Studio, 2019 300 Hour: MVP Yoga Studio, 2023 Baptiste Power Yoga Instructor Credential, October 2019. Level One Baptiste Instructor.
