I hold a Yoga Teacher Certification from the Yoga Institute at Texas Medical Center and I am a certified personal trainer. My experience at Spelman College, training at the Living Foods Institute and work in Atlanta’s historic West End wellness community, instilled a deep dedication to improving community health and fostering personal growth. I excel in creating tailored lessons for diverse communities and am committed to empowering others to restore and maintain health and wellness.
