I used ProView to replace 5 windows at my house. Kirk responded quickly in getting to me to give me an estimate, and came in lower than two competitors. He also had better reviews. After giving him the green light it was just a couple weeks until the windows came in and he arranged for prompt installation. The job went smoothly, his workers were conscientious and cleaned up after themselves, and most importantly they did a beautiful job. Wouldnt hesitate to use them again.

Kirk from Proview visited my home to give me a quote for replacing 4 windows. He was phenomenal. He has brilliant design ideas, probably because he used to install windows himself for several years, while most of those who visit homes to give estimate are sales representatives without any direct experience of installment. A good installer can tell what innovations can be done with a particular window just by looking at it, while sales representatives typically follow the most direct path, ie, this is the existing window, lets replace it with exactly what is there. So Kirk's design ideas were the best among all those who visited my home to give estimates. He gave me quotes for several different options and patiently answered the large number of questions I had about those quotes and brought me back all the information I asked for, such as glass sizes for various quotes. I learned a lot about windows through my interactions with him. I liked that Proview has been working with the same installers for several years. Kirk was also honest in his interactions throughout. He informed me that if he finds rotten wood when he opens up my window frame, I would have to pay additionally to replace the rotten wood. I asked for an upper bound on the additional payment but he declined to give me an upper bound since he doesn't know ahead of time how much of the wood has rotten and explained to me why he couldn't give me an upper bound with some examples from his experience. He didnt push me towards the most expensive option he offered either. If at all, he recommended an option that cost couple of thousand dollars less than the most expensive option he offered. He also told me that installing new windows is likely to make our rooms warmer but there may be factors other than windows which are making our rooms cold. In other words he didnt promise the moon just to get my business. Overall I felt very comfortable entrusting him with my windows.In the end though I went with a different line offered by a different company. This is because I decided to go with fiberglass frame and sliding window and the only brand that offered it for the large windows I had was Pella Impervia. Marvin Essential which I was also considering with Proview didn't have sliding windows for such large sizes. Proview also offered Provia Endure Sliding windows for the size of windows i had, but Provia does not have fiberglass windows. I am almost feeling guilty for not being able to give my business to Kirk of Proview because of all that I learned from him. So I offered to give a small gift through Zelle to Kirk, as a holiday gift and for his window consultancy which he politely declined (He didn't make me feel guilty for not going with him though). I plan to replace other windows and doors at my home in future, those are more standard sizes, so all lines will have all styles for those. I will certainly look Kirk up for those. I strongly recommend Proview based on the knowledge and ideas that Kirk showed.PS: Kirk makes some mistakes in English grammar as he is not a native speaker of English. But he can be understood easily. So please look beyond his linguistic skills given his design ideas, experience and patience. I am sure you won't regret it.

Kirk Lykashevich and his team at ProView are the absolute best. We recently worked with them to replace about 25 windows (including a large bow window) and a sliding door in our home, which was built in 1999.From our first meeting until project completion, Kirk was knowledgeable and patient--truly a pleasure to work with. The men on his crew are equally industrious, reliable, and personable. Everyone treated our home as if it were their own!Along the way, we encountered some minor snafus due to the window manufacturer and distributor--all of which Kirk handled appropriately and transparently. We had confidence and trust in him as we worked through it all.We would recommend ProView Construction to anyone who is looking for high-quality replacement windows and even better craftsmanship in installing them.
