The gentlemen that came to unlock the door was very professional. There was a delay since the original person had a last minute emergency. The gentlemen was polite and took care with a door that is very old and not in the best shape. The reason for 4 stars was it was expensive for an unlock. I paid $195 when the original quote was for $150 - $250 for unlock and re-key. He would not re-key since I did not have the original key which did not make sense but I went with it. He said it was their policy. We ended up changing the locks ourselves in instead of a re-key at additional cost. They are expensive for what I go but I would use them again but get a firmer quote upfront. They take both credit and pay apps.
