- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is upfront and explained thoroughly with each client before work is approved. If there are any potential hurdles, that will be discussed before the service is approved as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to start out by understanding the clients needs and preferred timeframe and how they want to be contacted (phone, text, email). We normally sit down and explain what exactly needs to be done and ensure there are no questions on the job or the cost. For multiple day projects, we like to update our clients with in-process photos, to show what work was completed each day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our staff is licensed by the state of Pennsylvania and is also Carlisle Syntec Systems certified.
