Awful experience. Everything was fine until the tenant moved out. Then Prospierty used a series of 3rd party vendors to turn over my property without an actual rep from Prospierty looking at or managing my asset. They charged moved turnover and clean out fees, told me it was ready then posted these photos to the market! My carpets and black in the listing photo! They also posted pictures of dust in the corners of the steps after charging me for a clean out. I demanded the owner to get involved and Kirk stepped in and offered 1 year Mgr free. He then walked away in Nov because he couldn’t take my heat when they never dropped the listing price. I had to micro manage my own asset while I was contracted with a professional to do this. All they do is send their party vendors and never actually touch your property themselves. Awful experience. Tenant alert in August and I’m in mid November dealing with this mess still. Asset just bleeding over mismanagement.

No standard pricing system. We quote based on the projected workload of each situation.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we have a phone call where I get to know the clients situation, experience level and needs. Every client is different so we cater to each one based on their own wants and needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in investing, prop management and real estate in general since 2014. I have a brokers license and have had literally 100's of hours of education through out the years. Always striving to learn more and improve.
