Pamela was excellent to work with. I had a last minute request to have her evaluate a property for me for a short term rental and she was able to take care of it for me. She was extremely responsive and her expertise was paramount to our decision. If I ever need anything else or I’m looking to purchase a property, she will be my first phone call!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most services are free until a lease agreement or sales agreement is closed. Al la cart services can be applied to tailor an experience specific to a client's needs. Non-water marked photos are a flat $30 for up to 15 photos; can be reviewed prior to a listing going live.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial call can be scheduled to discuss the client's needs. If you a seller or owner looking for renters, an in person visit of the property is a must prior to confirming numbers. If you are a buyer, review of your financials together is a must prior to touring homes.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
