Detective Guerra is the utmost professional as well as being a gentleman who is determined and passionate about finding answers. He took my case and handled everything very quickly and efficiently. He provided detailed information to me to take to the police and he was in contact frequently letting me know what was happening. He was very encouraging, reminding me that I would get through this and come out stronger for all that has happened. I think his military background makes him an excellent choice as he is proficient with locating answers and digging deep to connect the dots of a case. First of all as a military veteran, it was a no brainer to try Warstone Investigations. I had so many bad investigators use unethical tactics to milk me and not get the job done. I went on Thumbtack and said "let me try one more time". I was hesitant and first but when Roger assured me he was a fellow soldier, I relaxed. He did the job in 2 days for not even 1/3 of what I paid to all those other scammers. This was a child custody matter and time was of the essence. He was upfront about the fees, not for once did he take advantage of my stressful situation. He told me it would be done, that's exactly what he did. I will refer this company to everyone I know. A good private investigator is rare to find. Thanks for restoring my faith in the industry. Now I'm thinking about getting my license!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For prices and I can always work with you, but you better believe you are dealing with the right company. My competition will rip you off while they l will ask less than I'm asking, and at the end of the job you will end up paying too much money for nothing. Once again its the quality of work that we provide that you need. Read the reviews, don't be fool and hire us.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We need to meet and find out exactly what the customer wants. Once we determine the main idea of the investigation or Security detail then we provide the customer with a comprehensive plan of action and an approximate idea on what it can cost.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Military Police, retired out of the Army with 20 years. I received many commendations for my work in the narcotics division of the army and for the countless of undercover operations, lots of experience overseas also. I also have a Masters in Business.
