Hi, I’m Max, a personal trainer originally from Melitopol, Ukraine. Two years ago, I relocated to the U.S. after my city was captured and placed under Russian occupation, where it remains to this day. With over 8 years of experience in Ukraine, I’ve trained athletes and individuals of all ages, from 8 to 85, and helped them succeed in strength development, muscle hypertrophy, healthy weight loss, and functional training.
As a certified trainer with a background in sports science, I create personalized workout plans tailored to each client’s specific goals. I also design nutrition plans to complement the training, ensuring my clients follow a structured regime. I take a no-nonsense approach—focusing on efficiency and results, without wasting time on unnecessary chatter. I work closely with my clients to stay on track, maintain discipline, and achieve the best outcomes.
In addition to traditional fitness goals, I also have experience in physical rehabilitation and working with disabled individuals. My expertise extends to Soviet boxing techniques, which I am happy to teach as part of the training. Whether you’re aiming for strength, functional fitness, weight loss, or rehabilitation, I will guide you with precision and dedication to help you succeed.
