FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a base rate for 1-on-1 training. This rate will vary if I am providing In-home training or if you are training at my facility. Package discounts are available.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Pretty straight forward actually, after we connect I will set up a time to speak with you one-on-one to answer any questions you might have about working with me. If it seems like a good fit, we'll set up an initial assessment to look at movement, go through nutrition, sleep, breath work and recovery practices. We will discuss injury history and any issues you might still be dealing with so that the work we do will be gear towards improving and correcting those issues, on top of your overarching goals. Then it's full steam ahead.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my Master's in Kinesiology from Temple University and my research for my thesis was on sleep and athletic performance. I am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). I got into breath work doing a certification through the Buteyko Clinic, followed by continuing education in PRI and the Art of Breath.
