FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Intake & Waiver This is to help both of us to get to the heart of what it is you're looking for so I can begin designing a program that is truly meant for you and to ensure you're cleared for exercise by your doctor. 2. In Person Movement Screening Once your intake form and waiver have been received, we'll schedule you for an in person assessment and movement screening. This will cover everything from your past training, diet history, measurements, movement assessment and learning more about who you are as a client so we can design an experience that truly fits your needs. 3. Training Everything in your program designed for you, your goals, and your needs as an individual. Your program will include assigned homework based on these as well.
