- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are many factors that contribute to the price of my cakes. Time, effort, ingredients, overhead, delivery and packaging are just some. Additional factors such as florals, specific decorations and fillings will incur additional charges.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Just know that I am very attentive to my customers and willing to go the extra to get your vision created. Whether a first time customer or a repeat you will be satisfied with my work!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Besides cooking and baking by the side of the great women in my life since I was a child, I received my Culinary degree from the JNA Culinary Institute in Philadelphia, PA.
