I bought my car from a dealership about a year ago and they had tried 3x’s to remove the odor of old smoke (from the previous owner) with no success. I saw an ad for Master Odor and thought I’d give it one more try before just getting rid of the car altogether. From the moment I contacted Matt he was able to provide such a different level of service than I had been receiving anywhere else. The explanation of services he was able to offer me and how they would work to rid my car of the odor really gave me a sense of confidence in his work. He was informative, friendly, reliable, punctual and so professional from beginning to end. His services were reasonably priced and honestly you can’t put a price on the peace of mind I now have knowing that this odor is really gone. He spent time diligently going over every inch of my vehicle, interior and trunk, to be sure no spot was missed and explaining the process as he went along. I felt like I was in very capable hands the whole time, even though the service itself didn’t take that long - compared to my dealership experiences which required them to have my car for 48 hours and never touched the smell, what an inconvenience- never again! I would recommend everyone I know to Matt at Master Odor, for your car, musty basement, moving into a new house-/apt or need to refresh an RV for the season - he’ll now be my first call that’s for sure, and he should be yours too! We offer 10% off same day / next day service specials. Our service fees for home interiors are based on sq. ft. and odor issues. If a vehicle the base pricing is at $299.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Easy, we simply ask all our odor detective questions to narrow the issue(s) and find the least expensive service fee estimate. Examples of questions would be the severity of the odor, location, and time.
