- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first like to make people feel that they are in good hands before I even work on them. We talk about what their expectations are from the initial visit. I usually have an informational packet for them. While they are completing that i am setting up our work area at the same time I am evaluating there general condition. Once we have created the atmosphere and are ready to begin we talk about their comfort level of undress as well as the particular pressure for that day. I will through out the therapy point out what problem spots I find and get confirmation or not from them so we are in agreement as to my the direct findings. I end with a short conversation as to how you COULD feel after the work depending on what we found and a thank you for them allowing me to move them into a healthier them. We schedule a follow-up visit or create a treatment plan at that time and off I go. The following day I do a post massage call to ensure they are feeling as expected, and further explain anything if needed.
