FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In this competitive business“TSJ Movers” decided to lower our rates compared to the industry standards. With the inflation surrounding us all we know that our customers have families and other important obligations so instead of adding to the stress we wanted to be the company that removes that weight. The owners at “TSJ Movers” are sons fathers, brothers, uncles etc, hence our motto “Treating yours as if it were our own”.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Me and my two brothers work in our family restaurant called Vito’s Hoagie. We had done moving jobs before also recently helped family move. One day we decided that if we can apply the same values that we share to our customers we could be successful as we have been in the food industry.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
In the moving industry we have had the pleasure to deal with extraordinary clients. On the other hand at “Vito’s Hoagie” we have come across customers who may have been having a bad day, to being dissatisfied because of wait times, and also at time becoming agitated having to repeat what dressings they would like on there hoagie. We have learned no matter what treat our customers with kindness and the utmost respect because we are here to accommodate.
