Fast, efficient, excellent communications, careful of my home, and reasonable pricing, and available to do the job quickly. I needed help moving furniture in my home and bringing things to the main floor for a future donation. P&B Residential kept me informed of the schedule, showed up on time, had the job done quickly and was very careful about not damaging my home while moving heavy and awkward furniture up and down stairs. They thought about where and how to put furniture so it wouldn't block access until the charity could pick it up. Certainly would recommend to a friend and am keeping their number for future use myself. Many thanks!

Did a wonderful job for us getting a heavy armoire upstairs. We weren't able to lift it but Charles and his team did so quickly and with no damage to the armoire or stairwell. Will definitely call them back for future projects!!
