- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing includes 2 people (myself included) for any additional help that would an additional cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with discuss the job by sending photos/images of what needs to be moved. We then discuss location like the type of home, if there are any obstacles we need to plan for like stairs, catwalks etc. Lastly we schedule a time that works for us both. All jobs come with 2 movers (myself included)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A combined 5 years of experience.
