- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a 2 hour minimum on every project that is being done. We have a standard deposit that is taken to secure you project. The deposit upfront covers insurance, travel, truck, miles, gas, tolls, standard materials.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Gather information about the project. Consult with the customer about their needs, wants, and expectations. Generate the quote and show you why Compassion Carriers is the company for you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All the movers have been in the field for 7 years or better. All new movers are trained for 2 to three weeks in a warehouse setting before let out in the field
