- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is all inclusive meaning you do not need to worry about travel expenses, lodging, food accommodations. While I will present pricing, I am always happy to discuss how I can make my services fit inside of your budget. My purpose in this world is to be a light to others, I never want the cost to get in the way of adding value to others.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically like to schedule a 30 minute consultation to get to know the customers needs, vision as well as expectations. Once I’ve gained insight on objectives I can formulate a scope of work, proposal and then share a contract.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Studies with an emphasis in Interpersonal Communication and Public speaking.
