- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every event is unique and requires a different scope of work, different cost for our own supplies, different level of travel, etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Promptly analyze your event logistics, needs, goals, vision, etc. and quote a fee. 2. Quickly deliver a 50% retainer invoice and electronic contract. 3. Enjoy watching your attendees light up with mystery and wonder!
