- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes we do charge by the hour. We have a 4 hour minimum but the prices are based on how many men and a truck are needed. It is also based on the amount of furniture and weight and where they are moving to.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to get all the information about origin and destination and an accurate list of items to be moved so that we can provide the most accurate estimate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our father was a mover for many years and started this company. We had full hands on professional training.
