Excellent job surveying my property. He was very pleasant to work with even though it was incredibly muddy in my yard the day he came to do the survey. I would definitely recommend his services again to anybody.

The 1st appt didn't pan out because they had car issues. 2nd appt arrived earlier than we had confirmed, but luckily, I was home having other work being done. The gentleman worked thoroughly, provided me with the plans and physically showed me where prooerty lines were.

Ghasson was extremely helpful & flexible with quick scheduling as a neighbor is going to put up a fence & their property was already surveyed & I wanted my own survey to make sure their survey was correct as the properties are close together and there are storm water pipes on my side near the property line that need to be avoided. I have been through this before at a business which resulted in a big headache, fight, mistake & bill for the neighbor & not the business. (due to the survey discrepancy). GH placed painted nails with ribbons that are permanent unlike flags and stakes but he gave me the choice. He is also a specialist regarding storm water management besides being a civil engineer and gave me some tips/recommendations to ensure the neighbor's issues don't affect my property. I would definitely recommend him. He's a really nice, accommodating, responsive, professional guy & the price was reasonable compared to others.
