- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices start at $135. We charge by the volume you take up in our truck. We have a 15 yard truck which is equal to about 7 pickup trucks. We charge by how much space the items take up in our truck. We have 12 price points from a single item to a full truckload. We are confident in our pricing and we will beat any written estimate from a reputable licensed and insured full service junk removal company.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will schedule a free no-obligation on site estimate. We will call when we are on the way to meet you. Once on site, our techs will give a firm quote. This quote will be based on how much space your items will take up on our truck. The price quoted is the price you pay. The price includes labor, hauling/disposal fees, taxes, etc.. If you are comfortable with the price, we will remove the items while we are there. If you are not comfortable with the price then we will go on our way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was a general contractor for about 5 years. I was also a chef for about 20 years. I have taken the skills and experiences from those 2 industries with me to the Junk Removal/Demolition/Recycling Industry. Amazing Customer Service is what our team strives for on a daily basis.
