We selected Fox Chase painting based on their excellent reviews on Thumbtack and we are extremely happy we did! Lysander and his team are excellent workers. Not only do we highly rate their responsiveness, work quality, and professionalism we also were so pleased with their neatness, pace of work, talent, creativity, flexibility, communication, and kindness. We made arrangements with Lysander before we closed on our townhouse and he was willing to come the afternoon of the closing. We had a lot of smaller tasks for him to complete, but the big jobs included, patching, painting, crown molding, mounting fixtures, over head lighting, and framing a large mirror, covering the ugly metal clips under the molding. We were pleased and impressed by Lysander's confidence, creativity, and competence. You will be very impressed and thankful for his work!

Lisander is so easy and collaborative to work with. We got our half bathroom on our main level redone. He installed wainscoting, new lighting, and a new sink and faucet. There was an area of the wall where it was difficult to do the wainscoting without having to redo the plumbing and get a new toilet, so Lisander worked together with me to come up with a solution to avoid it all and to stay on budget for this project. He checked in with me several times throughout the project to make sure I was happy with the progress, which many contractors don’t often do. From initial consultation, he was able to start the project the following week and was done in two days, right before the holidays! I HIGHLY recommend him and his team and will definitely be bringing him in on more future project.

I highly recommend using him as a handyman. He did a great job with vinyl laminate flooring in my kitchen and bathroom and a variety of miscellaneous tasks, such as repairing door, jams, hanging outdoor lamps, and other things. He is skillful and attentive to complete his work on a timely fashion as he promised.

Lisander is a craftsman. He takes pride in his work. And from my experience in this day and age that’s rare. Contractors I’ve worked with in the past have charged exorbitant prices for mediocre or worse work. Lisander’s price was fair and his work was top notch.

After receiving waterdamage from a burst watertank, I needed to get my wood panels redone. He was very accommodating, respectful, prompt, and did not try to price-gouge. Highly recommend 10/10. And I will certainly be referring him to anyone else who may need aome carpentry done
