- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
During the year, we offer a 5-15% discount on all painting projects depending on the category and size of the project. There is an additional 5% discount for senior or veteran citizens.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our commitment to a thorough and transparent process begins with the initial appointment where we meet with the customer to discuss and assess the project in detail. Our experienced estimator guides the customer through each facet of the painting process, ensuring complete clarity on the scope of work. Subsequently, the customer receives a comprehensive estimate, meticulously delineating the tasks involved in each section of the property. Should the customer opt to proceed with our proposal, we expedite the process by furnishing a formal contract that can be conveniently reviewed and digitally signed. To further streamline the process, we follow up with an email addressing the initial payment and facilitating the selection of colors, all in pursuit of a smooth and efficient project commencement.
