- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge $150 an hour for our designs, because of our buying power we are often able to save our clients money on the furniture that we purchase for them. All of our billing is transparent, the client knows exactly what they are being charged for at all times.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial consultation in the clients home to discuss the scope of the project and see the space. Following this we send a proposal of our services and estimate the total cost of the project. Once the proposal is accepted we begin the designs, a presentation to the client follows. Typically we do two designs per room for the client to choose from.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Alexa and I have been in the industry for 10+ years, we were set designers for QVC in charge of purchasing all of the furniture for the live broadcast. We started our company Ashen+Argyle a year ago and have been doing residential interior design in Philadelphia and the surrounding area since then. It has been a blast and we would love to work with you!
