Hired Latoya with Rose Gold. We settled on 9am, but she arrived 40 minutes late. I asked for deep cleaning for the whole house 2BR, 2BA, 2 (1/2) baths, living room, & kitchen. She talked on phone most of the time. 12 hours later, she was not finished. Very disappointed to say the least.
