- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the type of work requested. Our regular cleans are time based with discounts available based on the frequency of the clean (weekly 20%, bi-weekly 15%, and monthly 10%). New customers may also be eligible for an additional discount on their first cleans. Deep cleans or move in/out cleans are job specific and depend on what is requested per job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We streamline our process as much as possible to make everything very easy for the customer. Quotes are sent to customers via email and include job specifics as well as the agreed upon price. We also send our cleaning checklists so that customers are clear on our processes before we're onsite. Once quotes are complete we schedule the job with one of our excellent cleaners and you are set!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Be specific with what you want. Cleaners often lowball prices to win business but do so at the expense of cutting out typical tasks or not planning to invest the needed time. Including square footage when requesting a quote is very helpful.
