PLEASE READ ALL DETAILS BEFORE BOOKING! Hello! I am a cleaner based in Philadelphia, PA! I have cleaned over 100 properties such as apartments, houses, townhomes and condos! I am offering my services on here to expand my clientele. I specialize in move in/move out cleanings, deep cleanings and basic cleanings. I bring all my cleaning supplies. GUIDELINES FOR CLEANING - If you have pets, please put pets up before arrival. - Space must be decluttered prior to cleaning. Organization is not included in service to avoid items being misplaced. If your space isn't cleared of clutter, I cannot service you. -I do not do unfinished basements or attics at all. Sorry. -Laundry is not included in service. This includes wash, dry and folding. -Carpet cleaning/Carpet shampooing is not included in service. -Please be as transparent as possible about the condition of your space. If you're experiencing mold/mildew, hard water stains, soap scum, etc. please let me know.
