- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We tried to be as reasonable as possible in term of pricing our customers at all times, we asked customer if our quotes fixed their budget, if not we will do everything possible to work with our customers in getting their job done.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
There's no special preference for my customers old or new I always treat my customers as if I have known them before I always listen to my customers and talk less
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
7 years working experience with satellite and cable as a Technician ( Dish network and Comcast)technician,Trained and certified Ring and Nest pro Technician.
