I needed a simple thermostat change. Vital responded in a timely manner and came out right away the next morning. After the simple thermostat change my heat stopped working. Vital immediately took action to trouble shoot and was here for hours. My heat came back on but was in fact not heating my home. Vital kept in close contact after finishing when he left to make sure it was working. It was not. He came back immediately and started troubleshooting again. This time he found the issue and promptly went to the store to find the piece. He came back and my house finally has HEAT! I cannot thank him enough!! What we thought was a simple project turned into something more complicated. He was patient and kind! Most of all professional while I was stressed! I definitely will be using him again!! THANK YOU!!!
