- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1)Quote 2)Once hired customer will receive a phone call to confirm the appointment 3)24 hours before job customer will receive a Second follow up call to confirm appointment and any changes to the job that may have occured. 4) One hour before job customer will receive a call with estimated time of arrival and request any directions for arrival conditions.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've been working in customer service since I was 14 years of age. One thing I've noticed is that I enjoyed my work most when I had direct interaction with customers. Being able to work with people directly inspired me to grow my small business and utilize my customer service experience.
