He didn’t fix the washer - it didn’t need it. The problem was the drain for the washer which was clogged and water was accumulating on the floor. Had to get another person who cleaned out the clog in the pipe!

I’m am very pleased with the service I received and would definitely work with this company again. Tom was diligent in getting to the bottom of the issue with my washing machine and kept coming back until it was fixed. It’s working perfectly now and for a very reasonable price. My technician showed up on time to diagnose my refrigerator. He was very professional and knowledgeable on some of the things that I had no knowledge of about refrigerators. He was ready to take action on fixing the problem. Even though the diagnosis determined that my refrigerator was unfixable, the knowledge he shared was very helpful to me. I would recommend him to anyone that needs repairs, and also will be using him on other repairs projects when needed.
