- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not price our product at a make believe list price and give discount after discount until we qoute a price that you're willing to pay or may be kick us out of your home. We qoute you a fair price based on your project. Material and labor have a cost and we add on a reasonable profit so we can eat and pay the bills.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we arrive at your house the first step is to examine the project and determine what problems you are experiencing. Let’s make sure that we can correct them. Our covers will do their job, no problem. But sometimes there are other factors to consider. Gutters and downspouts sometimes need attention. Maybe we need to divert some some of the water coming off your roof because too much of it is flowing to one area. Maybe a downspout needs to be relocated. Maybe a downspout needs to be added. Maybe you need new gutters. All these things need to be considered. Then we can talk about products and compare what’s available. We carry samples of what’s available and let you judge which one you want to have installed. No hard sell , no haggling, no bull.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been in the home Improvement business since 1979. Windows, Roofing, Siding, doors, decks and everything in between. My philosophy has always been the same; keep abreast of what products are available, use the best, do the job professionally and at a fair price.
