- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is a 10% discount for first responders, veterans, and nurses. A 5% discount for first time customers is available and a $20 discount on next service for referrals (if the referred customer purchases a service). We charge an additional fee for preparation/ cleanup of property if it extends the time in which we complete a pressure washing service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually ask for images of the property being cleaned as well as the closest estimated square footage of property for accurate pricing. Proof to qualify for 10% discount is required.
