My husband and I looked for several contractors to renovate our bathroom, but several responded but never followed up with us. When Drew Development responded, we received a call the very next day. We didn't know that the contractor was a female, not that mattered. Her name is Michaela, let me tell you when she contacted me, she came out the very next day with her foreman. Michaela and her team were very professional and punctual. Let me say, she is a "Bad Ass" contractor. We enjoyed every step of the renovation process. Urban Serenity went above and beyond for this job. They really did an amazing job. As you can see from the before & after photos. The boss Michaela was extremely professional with excellent communication and worked with us to give us ideas on how to make the room more spacious and such. Our bathroom needed A lot of TLC from gutting, new walls and ceiling, tile, floors, etc so the job was very time consuming but, well worth it. The transformation is beautiful and really exceeded my expectations. I really love the clean modern feel of it. Thank you so much Urban Serenity for the amazing work you've done. Looking forward to working with you again.

She does the does it one two then take the money and run I hire her Miki she plays the nice person then I get a call from my Architect he tell me she owns me money red flag I didn't listen I got played so the first job the roof gave her 4k roof great next job fix framing 12k great job next job 18k a compilations electric plumbing and stair I am still looking for her she lied and ran do not use when you see her run actually she been sued 5 times we are going to court soon when I fire her she order my steps I paid her for 12 weeks before please please do not use you will regret it if you look at my review history this is my only bad review
