- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is very fair . We know what it’s like to be in a tight spot financially and things just go wrong. Whatever we can do to help we will. There’s times we’ve done work completely free for the elderly. We just want what is best for the customer and we’re going to lay out all of your options and help you make a informed decision on repairs along with an affordable price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Making sure I set a game plan that we both understand so I can be efficient and get the customer back to having a comfortable home
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve learned a lot of hands on training from just being in the field with my father from when I was a teenager and eventually went to school at Orleans Technical Institute. Even though I’ve been doing this for 10 yrs I also continue to keep seeking out new training to help me be that much of a better service to my customers.
