The technician arrived right on time and spent 2.5 hours doing a very thorough cleaning of my fireplace and chimney! He took great care to cover the floors to keep my living room clean. Much thanks for a great job on our chimney! Heprovided us a very clear and honest assessment and recommendations that suited our time and budget. He did an excellent job completely re-building the crown, re-pointed the mortar and installed a liner in our furnace flue. He was professional and responsive to all Thanks!

They did an amazing job of relining chimney in a 40 foot height. In addition to repointing chimney and adding cap. I was very anxious about dirt and dust in the house but they took every precaution. They know what they are doing office staff is courteous too .

Very impressed with Metromax Chimney! He thoroughly examined both fireplaces by placing a camera inside both chimneys and explained what we saw on the screen and what needed to be done to have them operate safely again. It was money well spent, in my opinion. I will most definitely use them again.

They came recently for an inspection and confirmed that the chimney had nothing to do with a leak on one side of the fireplace inside the house. They checked carefully and identified the leak as a small crack in the flashing of the adjoining sun room roof and kindly fixed it free of charge. Another good point to note is that they were very careful not to damage the roof gutters by using proper extensions on their ladders. Very nice professionals. Thanks!
