- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I always require a NON refundable deposit in order to book which is deducted from the total and the balance is paid the day of the event or session. No deposit means your event or session has not been secured or booked. Any event located outside of Philadelphia or on a holiday weekend is an additional fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typical process would be communication about event or service. For entertainment events we would establish date, time. location and price. Once we establish details and availability we would proceed with booking and locking in event. For healing services and retreat packages there is a consultation call that takes place to discuss details to see if the collaboration is in alignment before proceeding.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I previously pursued a degree in Art and Psychology until I realized I was working for a title and degree for something I have a lifetime of experience in. I decided to go in my own direction and trust the path created for me. I have real life experience in everything I offer and have done for myself and now wish to share with others as well. I hope to have my own healing center one day providing all forms of creative healing to people of all ages and circumstances.
