Contacted Ronnie about kitchen island outlets that had stopped working as well as under cabinet lighting that was intermittent. He was responsive, very knowledgeable and pin pointed the issue quickly. Great customer service all around - would hire again!

Ronnie was quick to respond to the service inquiry. He was also very flexible to adjust his schedule and complete diagnostic call on the same day. He was well prepared with tools and parts, and was able to correct my issue with requiring follow up or parts order. I had a faulty outlet that wasn't being used in an area of my home that was needed. I contacted Thumbtack and Ronnie messsaged me. We scheduled an appointment for the next day. Later that day he messaged me to see if he could come through that night, since he was in my area. Of course I said yes because this outlet had not worked in years. Ronnie was professional, courteous, neat and his price was reasonable. While there, we spoke about him doing other elecrical work for us.
