•Every air duct cleaning project starts with the owners of Martin’s Air Duct Cleaning coming to your home or business for a completely free and zero pressure estimate. WE DO NOT GIVE PRICES OVER THE PHONE, WE MUST SEE YOUR HOME IN-PERSON. If a company does give you a quote without seeing your home in person, beware. They are almost certainly just getting their foot in the door and the price will increase dramatically when they arrive and/or they are not certified through the National Air Duct Cleaning Association (NADCA).
•Beware of companies that do not have dedicated air duct cleaning equipment, such as carpet cleaning companies that offer air duct cleaning, as they’re using the same machines to clean floors and ventilation systems.
•Beware of cleaning companies offering coupons. For example, “99.00 Whole Home Air Duct Cleaning”. This, too, is a foot in the door. Prices go up drastically after they arrive.
