Jason at J & R was polite and courteous. We had issues with weather but he made it a point to make me feel like I was his number one priority. Once he got started everything was taken care of in a timely and professional manner. When the crew was done they made sure everything was neat and clean. They provided instructions for the next day as well as winter care. I will be referring them to friends.

My experience with Jason and his workers was a very good one. My yard is emaculant. Me and my wife both love the the end results and the price was very reasonable. If I ever need some other concrete work done I would hire JR concrete construction again in a heartbeat. Thank you Jason and crew great job😀😀😀

J&R does great work, however they do not honor the 20 year warranty and did not clean up after receiving the full payment. My patio was not finished and sealed properly which leaves a trail of dust throughout the interior of my main floor. Jason and his employees finished the patio in April, and has been assuring me that issues would be corrected. It is now October and I have not been able to entertain on my new patio this entire summer because or the dust. They Charge as if they are professional, but they are extremely unprofessional!!!

Not necessarily a pricing system...but pricing factors are based upon square footage
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Ideally, I want to ask as many questions as possible to get the most clear picture of what they want the finished product to look like. I want them to feel as comfortable as possible throughout the process. I like to give customers options to choose from so they don't feel "pigeon holed" into one thing.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I'm a second generation concrete mason. I have over 20 years experience in the concrete and masonry field, and I have had my own company for over 10 years.
