This company provided prompt, professional and honest assistance. I have an older system and I am completely clueless about HVAC. Luis was honest and did not attempt to exploit the current cold weather or my lack of knowledge. If you are looking for a HVAC specialist with common decency this is your company. I now have a warm comfortable house in.less than an hour.

My old HVAC system was 21 yrs old. It was on its last leg. I called Artic Fox and Luis came out and assessed the issues. He was very knowledgeable about the problems I was having and the products he offered etc. The price quoted was more than I was quoted from another company but he offered a warranty and I thought it was worth it. I usually buy a parts and labor plan each year to cover the air and water heater which runs be around $400 a yr. With the warranty Luis was offering I will save at least $1500. When the technicians came out they stayed until the job was done. They cleaned up and made sure I knew how to use the new system. My old HVAC system was rusted and leaking. I don’t know how I was able to use the system for as long as I did. Thank God for them, they did an amazing job.

They were very professional … and worked on solving our issue with the heating unit … instead of selling their products and services. After closely inspecting the heating unit, 2 others ended up giving me a quote 10x than what they did. Also - they know their stuff and the various units available in the market

Working with this company was absolutely fantastic. I needed a new outside unit and had terrible experiences with two other providers we contacted. I should have gone to thumbtack first and found Arctic Fox! I would never use anyone else for heating and cooling again. Trust me, you need to hire them! Luis is great and the techs were awesome. They knew exactly what they were doing.
