Genuinely can’t speak positively enough about this company. We had some flooding in our basement that we thought may have been the AC unit. I reached out at 7:30 pm on Monday night and had someone at my house by 8 am Tuesday morning. It turned out it wasn’t our AC unit that was the issue, but we still had a tune up done as we were due for service anyway. The actual source of our flooding was related to groundwater and our foundation, and while that was being worked on the guys from the company doing that job broke our AC unit and didn’t say anything. I noticed at 6 pm on Thursday that it was 85+ degrees in my house, reached out to Sejat, and he was at my home by 6:45 with the unit fixed before 8 pm. He was also able to repair it with the existing parts that had been broken rather than replacing the parts which would have cost me more. Overall a 10/10 experience during a very stressful week at my house!

Our business has a "Crash Pad" for our out of state employees and they come and go often. We are entering the hot season and our AC system was faulting. I have an old gas forced air heater. I finally went to turn it on for the winter & it didn't work. I scheduled, through Thumbtack, a mid day appointment the next day. After confirming, I immediately received a call from Sejat, letting me know he would be on another job & and we rescheduled for a later time the same day. I really appreciated the immediate follow-up from him. Sejat arrived on time, actually a couple minutes early, and got right to work. He diagnosed the issue, gave me a more than fair price & we moved ahead. After he was done, I added on a "tune up" service, which actually let me know the health of my very old system. All the information that he told me was written on my receipt. He also made sure I understood everything, he didn't try to push any repairs on me & he not only answered all my questions (there were a lot) he made sure I didn't have any additional ones. Thumbtack can be hit or miss, but I was very happy with the professionalism, the honesty & the work ethic of Sejat. I will be using him for my yearly maintenance & any other issues that hopefully don't pop up!
